Privilege Clothing Boutique is a cute online/retail shop with 2 locations in British Columba.  They carry some of my favorite brands including BB Dakota, Mink Pink and Pink Martini just to name a few!  I was very excited to find a Canadian online shop that carried some of my favorite brands!  They have been in operation since 2007 and carry Men's, Women's and children's clothing.  Here are a few of my favorite pieces from their site!

Saturdays are always errand day, but this particular weekend we had to do all our shopping for the week on Sunday.  Since we were going to be running around town I wanted to be comfortable, so I opted for jeans and a casual tee.  I couldn't resist this cute tee at Joe Fresh.  It is bad having clothes at the grocery store, so easy to shop!  I swear I come home almost every week with something from there, but they always have super cute and affordable clothes.  After we ran errands, we then finished the weekend off with a  family birthday dinner for my hubby at his favorite restaurant the Ale House. 

Also I love my Timi & Leslie bag that I am carrying in these pictures.  Yes this is a diaper bag!  It is awesome because one, it doesn't look like a diaper bag and two, it has so much space and everything you need for baby!  It even comes with a little wristlet for you to put all your purse essentials in so if you need to change bags you can do it in a snap!  If you are a Mom I highly reccomend you check out these bags.  They make a great gift!  I am going to be buying one for my friend Tracey for her shower gift.

Shoes of the Week

Summer is right around the corner (or at least we can hope it is!).  So when I went shopping on Tuesday with my sister and a friend from my childhood that I hadn't seen in 3 years, I bought a new pair of sandals.  I instantly fell in love with these beauties.  They are so fun and have so many colours in them, they will go with most anything!  I have always wanted a sandal that wrapped around my ankle, so now I have found my pair.  It could have been the weather that day as well that inspired me to buy them, it was 26 degrees celcius that day in Moncton!  Here are the sandals and a little photo to get you inspired to start shopping for a new summer wardrobe!

Coffee Date

This is an outfit I wore out to a coffee date with the lovely Emma of Full of Fabulous and Darling Dilemma.  We met at Starbucks and had a wonderful chat.  I always love coffee dates with Emma, she is such a sweetie! I tried to snap these photos before we lost sun that day but as you can see by the last photo it was getting a little too late in the day to be taking outfit photos.  The good thing now is that our days are getting longer, which means more time for outfit photos outside!

Interview over at Confessions of a Graphic Design Student

Shoes of the Week & Fashion Forward

Before I was pregnant flats were something that were never a part of my closet.  When I was pregnant and being a teacher I had to get something more practical for my feet as I pretty much stand all day at work.  So flats became a new piece of my shoe wardrobe.  I still currently only own 2 pairs of flats but I am hoping to add a lovely pair of TOMS ballet flats to my closet here soon.  My sister came home from Halifax one weekend with a pair and I have been dreaming of them ever since.  I was so happy to learn that one of my favorite local boutiques, Je Suis Prest, will be carrying their ballet flats!  I can't wait until they arrive!  Maybe another item to add to the 30th birthday wish list.  Here are the Isabel burlap ballet flats that I am coveting!

Also tonight is Fashion Forward in uptown Saint John, which is a fabulous shop hop with lots of goodies to eat, discounts and prizes!  The fun starts at 6pm in Brunswick Square!  Hope to see you there!



Extreme Couponing

Yesterday I felt like I was on an episode of TLC's extreme couponing.  I got two dresses (one for me and one for my baby girl) for $2.88 including taxes and shipping (to Calais, ME).  The invoice showed my dress cost $0.61 and hers $0.25.  My sister's reaction, was "What???  How is that even possible?".  Well in Canada with our coupon laws it wouldn't be.  However, when my husband and I went shopping in Maine last week we went to Kohl's and for every $50 you spent you got $10 in kohl's cash to spend this week.  Normally, those coupons would sit in my wallet and never get used, as I thought you could only use them in store.  It turns out you can use them online as well!  Also yesterday I got an e-mail from Kohl's with a code to get an extra 20% off your purchase, as well I had a code for 15% off women's/juniors dresses that ended yesterday.  So with my Kohl's cash and the coupon codes the total was $2.88.  Now I understand why people are addicted to extreme couponing, I was so excited to have got this deal!  Here is the code for 20% off any purchase at kohls.com (in case you want to do some shopping) valid until Saturday, April 7th:  SPRING2SAVE.  Happy bargain hunting!
